SIM FAILED TO RICA AFTER 4 MONTHS OF USE

I got a contract phone with Nasha Mobile which i pay R149 monthly. I got a blackberry phone, Cell C SIM with 100 minutes airtime, BIS and 25 SMSs.
I used the phone for four months without any issues but after that i got the "Insert SIM" error message on my phone. I removed and re-inserted the SIM again and that did not help.
I phone the customer care line and i was told the SIM failed RICA and they had to RICA it again. That did not help too. I went to the store and they told me the same thing and i asked them to fix it, they logged a call and got the reply saying the SIM should now be working but still the SIM is not working. The problem is this has been going on for six months now and every month end they are debiting R149 from my account for which i am not really getting the fully package of the contract.
Everytime when i enquire about this they tell me to try the SIM after two hours but it does not work. Here is one of the REF # for one of the recent calls logged: xdj-46823713.

Please help me to get this fixed and to provide my accumulated Minutes and SMSes over that period of six months.
