I have an ongoing complaint with MTN regarding my phone being RICA'd. I first logged a call with MTN asking them to sort my RICA on my phone. When trying to use any of the self help options of MTN it cuts me off telling me I have not RICA'd my phone (although I have) and therefore cannot use the service. I first logged a call on the 11 July 2013 and eventually got to speak to the supervisor who confirmed my phone has been RICA'd but because of a technicality on MTNs side it indicates I haven't. She assured me it would be sorted out. About 2 weeks later she called and informed me everything was ok and the problem resolved. After ending the call I dialled 808 to check if it would allow me to use any of the services and once again I was cut off... I also wasn't able to speak to the supervisor again as the call centre is not allowed to put you through to them. I made more calls and escallations and to date I still can't access these numbers and according to the MTN system I still haven't RICA'd my number. I am beyond frustrated with MTN and their appalling service. Please assist me in getting this resolved ASAP, thank you!
