Poor Service and a do not care attitude

We order a additional new contract Phone Nokia 820. Cell C delivered the phone. We put the phone on charge overnight. It did not charge. Phone Cell C the next morning and asked for a replacement. According to them it is not Company policy. They will come and pick it up in 7 working days and then another 21 days for repair. The number was not even activated at the time. My Virgin no. is in the meantime ported to Cell C and it is a new chip card therefore I cannot used it in my old phone They advised me to buy a new Sim card at Pep store then they will transfer my number temporally to this Sim card. Done so. Phone Cell C again. Other consultant said it must not be a Rica card. Back to Pep. They do not stock un Rica cards. Went to Nelspruit Cell C shop in Riverside Mall and ask for help. Said can not help and we must deal with our original supplier directly. It means that for the last 3 weeks I am not able to use my Business no namely 0741236684 at all. No Clients can reach me. We are running a construction business and losing money every day. I reserve my rights Cell C. Up to know the damage phone is still not picked up.
