DATA CONTRACT STILL NOT CANCELLED!!!

After getting a quote from Cel C's cancellations department I've paid the amount of R 4 925 to settle my data contract. The amount was paid into Cel C's Nedbank acount on 29/08/2013 and I confirmed with a Eleanor that the contract has been cancelled. I again for a second time on 03/09/2013 confirmed with a Mandla that the contract is indeed paid up and that I don't owe Cel C anything (Reference number: 1309030000109734). To my surprise on 04/10/2013 I received a statement showing that the amount of R 349.00 are being deducted from the now credit amount of R 4 925 (settlement amount paid on 29/08/2013), after a few more phone calls to their cancellations department I was assured that it was a mistake and that it will be rectified as soon as possible. To date this mistake is still not rectified as I received another statement on 04/11/2013 indicating the exact same problem. This is the second time this happens to me as I previously also cancelled and settled an contract with Cel C. Can someone at Cel C please show the guys at cancellations how to do their job as this is becoming frustrating to try and settle this problem on a monthly basis.
