CHARGING US FOR A CELL THAT HAS BEEN CANCELLED

Contract was cancelled 3 times prior to 23 Sep 2013.
Contract again cancelled on 23 Sep 2013 (Bongile Ntshangane).
Spoke to Sally Tlotleng on 26 Sep 2013 who confirmed it would be cancelled.
I have since phoned numerous times.
I phoned again today (06 Dec 2013) at 16h31, 16h32, 16h37.
I finally got hold of Sisifo who put me through to the cancellations department at 16h37 - I held on till 16h53 then gave up.
I phoned again and asked for the direct number for cancellations and phoned them at 16h53. I cut the call at 17h02 after no response.
This Cell is supposed to be cancelled.
We are not going to entertain any more excuses about your department not cancelling the cell phone correctly - which is the answer I always get, and promises that "it will now be done".
I await to be contacted and be advised that this cell contract has been cancelled.
I await a credit to be passed for itemised billing and package subscription.
I await my new correct statement to be emailed to me.
This NEEDS TO BE SORTED!!!
