During August 2013 I called Vodacoms customer service centre and requested that they stop sending my bill to my home address as I firstly do not receive it when it is sent there but also as it is a safety risk. I was assured that my bill would be emailed. Although the bill is emailed to me it is also still sent to my home address. I have received continuous bad service from Vodacom so this does not surprise me at all. This is my final request that my billing address be changed. Should you fail to do so I will be forced to take further action.
