Problem never been resolved!!!

I put in a complaint on hellopeter around the 25th of October 2013 (Friday). I get a call from Sipho last week Thursday and explains what he has resolved the problem on my husband calling me from his cell c numbers and getting charged instead of going off his free minutes when available. The only thing that was resolved the calls are now finally being going off his free minutes and not his airtime. The airtime that was told to myself and my husband will not be refunded cause the system shows it was not charged. Yet when when my husband and I called the call centre they did confirm it was being charged even when there was free min and that my husband will be refunded. Sipho says that he wont be and that according to him the problem is resolved and will not go further on with this. He told me one thing and tells my husband another. He doesn't let my husband finish talk, he spoke and then puts the phone down! That is extremely rude and incompetent. My husband and i are not at all happy with the service and would like someone to call us with correct attitude and correct information!!!
