Not Listening to instructions, No Service

I subscribed for an LTE WIFI contract.
The LTE Router was delivered, and the sim was activated.
The device did not work, I called the call centre to troubleshoot/diagnose problems. Vodacom and I could not find a reason why the device would not work.
They arranged for a new device to be sent over, I had to wait for new stock as they were out.
A week later i called again to find out what was happening, they still did not have any stock on the router.
I asked them to cancel the contract immediately and pick up their device, as i was not interested in waiting any longer.
A week later, a new device was sent to me. i did not accept the device as i had cancelled the contract.
The transport service did not want to take the old device, as they had no paperwork to receive it.
I have not heard anything from Vodacom until now.
I have been a Client of Vodacom for over 10 years, with an average monthly spend of R3500-00, and this is how I am treated.
Simple instructions are ignored.
I Have been Charged R92-00 for activation.
And I have been Charged R300-00 for a service that i have not received.

I'm thinking of changing service providers on all my current accounts.
