TWO MONTHS problem not solved

Dear Supplier

I purchased a Huawei router on the cellc 2gig contract, i received the device on 1 May 2013. When receiving the device the sim card was cellc and the device MTN, I then asked the manager if it will cause any problems and he said no. I went home and wanted to set the device up, I could not register the device because the device and the sim did not correspond. I took the device back and the manager apologised and said i would receive a new device tomorrow morning. Tomorrow came and nothing no phone call, email nothing. i left it and after a week i went in to the store and they said my device is on its way.By 15 May 2013 my connection fee, subscription fee and first month went off my account. On 16 May i went in to the store again and complained and they again apologised and stated my device is on its way. Within the two weeks i never received one phone call from them. on 21 may i went into the store and cancelled my contract.

On 15 June 2013 another months subscription went off. I then again went back to the store and they apologised once again. Today it is 1 July 2013 and it is still not cancelled and i am still paying for the device.
