Vodacom
No delivery of goods

I applied for a wifi router on the 3/10/13 and the guy that helped me said the device will arrive on Friday and when it does he will call me, well he didn't call me so I went to the shop to find out what's happening and a lady there told me they don't have stock but they will call me when it gets there! Again no one called me until I went to the shop again and got bad news again now is almost 14 days and still there is no device!!! This is poor, poor service I received and I'm a vodacom client which makes me sad!!!
