I have been trying to migrate to another package more suitable for me for quite a while now. I was advised to phone on the 27th once my debit order go through. However when I phoned on the 27th I was told that the debit order can take up to 2 days to reflect. Concerned that I won't be able to migrate with effect from 1st Nov, I took their advise and went to the Vodacom shop at Lifestyle Centurion. However vodacom was off line so the lady took my details and she actually came back to me later that day. She advised me to come in the next day with my ID, she won't be there but somebody else would be able to help me. However, when I came there Vodacom was yet again off line. So the guy took my details again and told me he will phone as soon as they are on line. He never phoned and when I phoned the 111 number the next day I was told that I am too late to migrate this month, only as from 1st Dec. So conveniently Vodacom was back on line. Why am I being punished if I made several attempts to migrate? Whatnis the purpose of vodacom shops and the customer line???
