Telkom do not meet appointment made!!

Signed application for ADSL, was told installation would be in 4 days, received a SMS with a ref. no. and a provisional date 04/11/2013. Received a call from Telkom to confirm date and set a time. Well the date can and the time and still no Telkom (could have expected this type of service.) Called the call centre only to be told sorry, not can we schedule a time that can suit you or something else. I had to take time off work to wait for them to arrive or not to arrive. No call to reschedule. Customer service does not exist. Pity Telkom don't have any competition.
