Failed installation for the second time!!!

We schedule for our telkom line to be moved to our new house and we got a date. The day after the scheduled date I got a call to say that Telkom called me a few times but I didn't answer. I assured her that nobody called me and accepted the new date a week later which was yesterday. Once again nobody rocked up and I called Telkom only to be told again that they phoned me but I didn't answer. They then proceeded to put me through to the technician. We discovered that he was given the incorrect number. I gave him my number and he assured me that he would arrive today but he would call me first. No call. I phoned telkom AGAIN only to be told AGAIN that I was phoned. NOT TRUE! He phoned once again to THE WRONG FREAKING NUMBER. So now we have "missed" our appointment and we are waiting for a new installation date which would only be when the earth goes out of orbit. This is unacceptable!!! I want someone to do the installition soon as this is not my fault! This is the fault of your incompetent staff who can not get a cell phone number correct.
