Paying for a service that doesn't work

We have all come to expect absolutely horrific service from Telkom so it comes as absolutely no surprise that no matter how many times I log a fault my issue is never resolved. My Internet line has never worked properly at my house and even after countless calls and technicians coming to my house nothing has helped. I do get consistent phone call and sms updates telling me the issue has resolved but up to this point my Internet hasn't worked for longer than 10 consecutive minutes. Why can't you just admit that there are certain areas you cannot service so we don't waste our time and money?
