My mother is a pensioner that recently had a back operation meaning she can not drive at this stage and is reliant on my brother or I. I took her to the MTN shop situated in Constantia Kloof, close to the MTN head office on 14th avenue last week Saturday, the 26th of October for an upgrade. She choose a new hand set and was informed that if not happy she can change it in 7 days. As she struggled with the [prhone I took her back on Saturday the 2nd of November, howver she was just told that it was the 8th day and can not be helped.
Is this how you treat a pensioner???
I would have expected some type of solution to the problem, but no, she apparently missed the 7 day period by 1 day. As she can not drive, how was she suppose to have changed the phone. Can somebody with some common sense please try and assist. She can not stand in the store for almost an hour and not be helped.
Must admit the service is poor and the staff has a no-care attitude.
