Neotel, terminated a contract and charge me termination fees!
Neotel owes me more the R 6k as they can't process their credits correctly.
Always hear the same line, we will revert back to you shortly and never do - even the response to this post will say the same - please look at the history and get a Senior Manager to revert back to me Immediately!
