Pathetic serving from Sumsung Customer Care

Electronics and household app.

My sumsung S3 started giving me problems of not charging properly, i took it to the 14th avenue constatiakloof on Saturday the 09th November. I was told that they will get back to me on Monday as they had limited staff members on the day. I did not receive any communication from this branch for 4 working days, when i phone the call centre they told me that the phone is not ready. On friday the 15th November i decided to drive to the centre at 10:30, i was told the technician is busy with the device and it will be ready for collection in 30minutes and was advised that they will phone me. I did not receive a call for 2hours, i decided to drive there again, this time i was told that it was booked under S4 so they have not worked on it now i have to wait for another 3 hours. This is very bad as i use this phone for business and it has been 6 working days without joy from this service provider.
