Bad customer service is an understatement

On the 30 April 2013 entered into a cell phone contract with Virgin Mobile, that is when my nightmare began.
I don't receive my airtime, sms and data bundles from these people every month but they keep on debiting my account (R600). Whenever I call them to query this, they keep on telling me one story every month. They say my cell phone number is on prepaid.
I have to call them every month to get my airtime, sms and data bundles but they just activate airtime, NO SMS and NO DATA BUNDLES.

I have tried to speak to their team leaders but nothing seems to be working. I've even tried to call Virgin Mobile Head Office; I was told there is no one to assist me.
What have I got myself into??
