I had a laptop on contract and after a year i settle the amount for full contract i try to get a new contract and my profile come up bad then i found out that vodacom sed i owe them R7900 rand for a settle account i phoned head offace and sed my contract is due R0.00 so i was told they have put my name at itc for wat becourse people cant do there jobs now i have bad credit record for a paid off acount and the best thing is i paid it off almost an year ago so how can they do this to people im stuck becourse no one wants to help me for there mistakes so rather go to an nother network they give people bad records at vodacom
