Vodacom
SERIAL NUMBER FOR THE CONTRACT LAPTOP

In 2009 September I took the laptop contract with Vodacom, last year 2012 the contract term ended and I cancelled the contract. On Saturday my laptop was and I went to Vodacom for a serial number, in Pretoria Sunnyside mall they said they cant find anything on my name relating to the contract. Today I went to Witbank (saveways) where I took the contract from. There also are not able to help me as they said they do not keep records of the serial numbers. My concern is that How can they not keep records of contract for atleast 5 year period and how are they providing laptops without a record of their serial numbers
