Mtn charges high data charges on roaming charges

I have been with MTN for 15 years, its my first time going on holiday ever, to Taiwan. I called the MTN centre to enquire about Roaming, I received the documents to explain how it will work, no where in the contract did it specify what MTN would charge me per item. ( Roaming, voice, sms, data) My credit limit is R1969.78 per month, I pay an additional R60.00 for my Blackberry. I was away for 5 weeks, and while I was there, I switched off my service provider and used the neighbours WI - Fi . when I got home on 13 October 2013 I received a fat bill of R10 181.86. I then phoned MTN to find out how they came to the amounts they had on my Itemised billing as it did not make sense to me, the lady I spoke to Zukiswa could not explain anything to me and she told me she would call me back in 3 days. Then 2 weeks later, I called back and I was told it takes 7 working days, in the meantime I received another Itemised Bill of R13 145.43 making the Total amount R23 338.69. I then phoned MTN again, still no one could answer me, Its a month later and I am stuck with this bill no one can explain to me.in the meantime my line is cut. I AM VERY DISGUSTED IN THE RATE OF SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM MTN.
