I have contract with 8ta mobile for data bundle and expire on 11th august 2013.
I did put application in centuruion branch of the cancellation form on 19th June 2013.
But Telkom 8ta haven't cancel my contract and still active and i did use few days and this is telkom 8ta internal problem make customer problem and charge me the full months of the August 2013.

How could the 8at still charge me i was put the application for cancellation contract? Why must i as a customer be liable for 8ta's inability to do their job?
