Reinstallationn of an application

We have a contract with Telkom where we are paying on a monthly basis for a Teltrace application. When our computers were upgraded in 2012, we logged a call with Telkom to ask for reinstalation of the application. Now its August 2013, and nothing has been done. In June 2013, we applied for an additional telephone extension and a hand set, up to this day nothing has happened. I want to take away my business from Telkom but i need directions on how to cancel the contract due to lack of service. Our company is Tsheola Dinare Tours & Transport.
