Avoid this network, it doesn't work

As a foreword, it should be noted that in the shop at the time of the incident, there were more customers complaining than there were purchasing. I have complained about H8ta (same problem) on hellopeter before, they respond but don't actually do anything.

Basically and friend and I took out on of their mobile internet deals. My friedn bought a dongle for about R700, I bought a lower range one for about R400. Here's the funny thing, NEITHER WORK! His connects every now and again actually and then drops him. Mine simply doesn't work. There's more to the story but that will exceed the word limit.

We spoke to the Sandton manager named Bob. Not a very pleasant man as he tried to make excuses and provide what he may term "valid reasons" for them not working. My favorite was that each dongle takes an amount of internet from the tower (or something like that) so if too many people are connected it won't work. He even drew a diagram and wouldn't let me keep it in case I quoted him on that.

A technician has been to the house twice and it still doesn't work. I should point out that it does work in Sandton mall, NO WHERE else. I was not the only customer in the shop who had the same prob.
