I signed into an internet contract with 8ta. I tried the internet at the premises where I bought it and it worked well, i also requested they check the coverage in my area and they said it was good. Well, the signal is substandard and never works.

About a month ago i moved house, hoping that my luck would change for the better. It didnt. Apart from sandton it does not work anywhere else. Great if only i lived in the mall.

- Little or No Network Coverage in my place of residence.
- I made 8ta aware of the issue, and they reluctantly agreed to send out a technician
- The Technician came to the coverage and said he would get back to us.
- Nothing has happened, no report back as to how they will fix the problem and the coverage has worsened.
- A friend tried to report the problem again and the employees at 8ta sandton are inexperienced, unfriendly, unhelpful. The manager at the branch tried to use semantics to deviate from the matter at hand.

As a person who relies heavily on internet access, This has had a huge impact on my ability to work and i have infact lost work due to this problem not being solved.
