Network Investigation pending since August

This would be my 5th complaint - and too be honest its a futile exercise!!!
too tired to outline the entire story!
In a nutshell - i have submitted various complaint forms and still no feedback on any of them...
then finally handed the Galaxy S4 handset in for repairs on the 14th October...
lets wait and see what happens...

nothing but empty promises and pathetic service!!!
