MY 3G WON'T WORK ON MY COOLTAB

I bought a tablet for my brother for Christmas. When looking at it in the shop, I asked the assistant if we could use any 3G dongle to access the internet and she said 'YES'.
My brother bought a dongle and found that it doesn't work on the cooltab. When he took it to the shop, the owner insisted that it was his own fault as he had bought something that was incompatible with the tablet. He also shouted at my brother to 'SHUT UP' and threw him out of the shop. He further shouted 'I AM THE OWNER AND I CAN DO ANYTHING I LIKE'.

I want my money back and I want to be compensated for the money I wasted on a dongle! Can't use the product and DISGUSTED at the lack of knowledge of the products that they are selling and the bad attitude of the owner. I also did not receive the user manual. I have since downloaded it from the internet.
