Failed Migration - Overcharged

This is the third time I have had reason to write a bad review about autopage in a period of a month. The initial query (URL usage) I had has NOT been RESOLVED as stated on this website. All they have managed to do is ACTION my query and it took them 3 weeks to do it. Query has still not been answered and probably never will be. They should be trained on the difference between 'actioned' and 'resolved'.

Now I have another problem. Seems like they cannot do anything right. I upgraded in September and migrated to a new package. They failed to do this and I have been over charged for October calls and data. After numerous calls I managed to get them to migrate to the right package. I have however been unable to get an answer as to what credits are due to me and when they will be credited. All the agents do is say that they will escalate the query again, apologise and nothing happens. I have been given a different turn around time by each agent I have spoken to, I have been cut off, and been transferred from agent to agent.
DON'T EVER DEAL WITH AUTOPAGE YOU WILL BE SO SORRY, I AM!!! And judging by all the reports on this site, so are a numerous other people.
