Autopage steals - then refuses to explain

I have been an autopage cellular subscriber for the passed 20 months - worst decision made. I received my bill today, for month 20, only to find an extra, unjustified charge added. I called the Johannesburg based Billing Department to query this. I spoke to two different agents, both of whom were no help, but this now becomes the least of my concerns. The first agent transferred me without my consent, as a means to shut me up. This was confirmed by the second agent who rudely advised me that quote " you see, this is the reason why the first agent transferred you, because you don't listen". This second agent, an Indian woman, who refused to give her name, hung up on me after I demanded to speak to a supervisor. I am beyond livid. I intend to take this much further than a hellopeter complaint. I will be approaching Argus action to further publicise the disgusting level of customer service I endured! Clearly Autopage cares little about their reputation.

I intend whole heartedly not only to slander this company, but to openly condemn the person with whom I spoke. This woman belongs in an environment where she need never be expected to deal with customers! Disgusted and appalled.
