I took out my contract with MTN and did not know what usage I would require, so was advised by the branch in The Grove Pretoria that an upgrade was possible but to downgrade was not.
So I took a small contract with the intention of establishing my usage and then adjusting the contract accordingly.
I have NOT been able to persuade anybody on 808 to send me this I have promises of you will have the email in 24 hours to 6 weeks. NO bill arrives.
I have been into Eastgate Branch and spoken to the manager and still get no info.
I have signed for 2Gigs Data which money they take, who knows if it is loaded
I have signed to migrate on the same date as I signed for the 2 Gigs, but no migration.
No information as to what usage I use.

They just help themselves to my money, more and more each month and I GET NO BREAKDOWN OF USAGE, NO SERVICE and only VERY FRIENDLY people telling me I cannot upgrade as it was a special deal.
I agree it is SPECIAL.
IF SOMEBODY CAN PLEASE TELL ME HOW DO I REDUCE MY Call rate.
