I have a contract with 8ta which is cancelled. A monthly debit order of 1550.00 is debited every month. This is the second month i phoned for a statement to be emailed to me. I never get statements and the debit orders continues.
I also filled in a AOD form to make payment arrangement to pay less but no one called me back the debit orders continue and stil no statements.
I call the 8ta no.than they said i should call New Debt than when i give my ID they say they don't pick up my details on the system. Than i have to call the billing department.
This people is making my life can someone please assist me.
