No one has helped with this issue! I'm disgusted!

I'm so disappointed with Telkom Mobile's billing department and how they train their call centre's staff. A few months ago a debit set on my account did not go through, and with no query from them, they forwarded my account to their collections department and I unfortunately found this out when I saw a debit go through from debt collections on my acc. I enquired with 8ta and my bank and was told the debit order didn't go through month end and after this debt collection debit order all should get back to normal. The same thing happened the following month end and I was advised to make a manual payment, and I did. I also asked will this not affect my ITC ratings and was told no, in an aid to set me at ease they reassured me that I would need not to pay the 'debt collections' in order to be sent onto ITC. Four months later I'm still having troubles with this account and to make matters worse I have been put through to credit bureau. I've called their billing department numerous times and it appears they are incompetent, rude and no help at all! I'm so disappointed! To make matters worse none of my complaints/queries have even been logged onto the system! By far the worst service ever!
