And still no feedback BUT more debit orders

On the 28th Dec 2013 and again 6th Dec and again 13th Jan i changed my banking details- however you are still running the debit order form my old account - Now i have cancelled your policy as i don't need this BUT i want the R720 owing to me for all the returned debit orders. No one ever comes back to me. I have sent my bank statements to so many of your staff. And so another month another two debit orders... this is insane! I want it paid back.
