Worst Network Provide

I applied for a contract in 2011 with Cell C and after months of being a client I found their service to be pathetic and very disappointing to say the least. First double the amount of the contract was deducted and at times 3 times the amount. I would phone and complain be given reference number which is of no help no one gets back to me.

My contracted expired in august 2013 but yet money is be deducted and I am not using the contract. I phoned and asked why this is and was told I must phone and cancel. That is!!! Why must I phone and cancel when my contract clearly states 24 months? I have had endless problems with this company and I am not impressed. I don't what reference numbers that's just pointless. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
