Bad service gone worse

For the past 3 months Telkom has been debiting my account later than agreed in my contract. This has caused my account to go into suspension 2 months to date. After this, i changed my debit order date so as to avoid any return debit orders (this still did not work). This is very frustrating that each month i have to follow up with them, physically go to the bank and/or retail store only to find the problem prevails. After the account has been squared, they still failed to lift the account suspension. I now sit with the problem of not being connected at all.. so what is the use of paying for the service if im not receiving any benefits. This is causing a huge inconvenience in my life as i need a fully operating cellphone that can actually make calls, especially in emergency situations.

I am very dissapointed in the service received to date, as the customer service consultants have told me on numerous occasions that they are not sure what is going on???

I regret taking out this contract with Telkom, and once it expires, im definitely moving to another service provider.. one that understands the "Customer is King" principle...
