Telkom Mobile has failed me in many amazing ways, they have failed in three consecutive months to make a debit on my account when I have funds available. Consulted with my bank thinking it might have been their fault, to my surprise I was told that there was no trace of 8ta making or even attempting to make a debit or requesting for a debit 7 days prior to the agreed upon date. Both my contracts got suspended and upon payment close to R3000, only one got activated.and this is going on close 2-months now! Im still anticipating their technical team/ manager to contact me with a solution, its waaay after their 72 hr response and I have paid for services that I have been deprived of!
Dissatisfied client is what I am, incompetent services is what I had to put up with for the past three months and I'm 6 months young in a year contract.
May I kindly get attended to and if it takes a spot-sec to 'de-activate/suspend' an unpaid account why in the does it take such a long period to REACTIVATE a paid contract and why was my other contract cancelled???
