FAILURE TO DEDUCT ON AGREED DATE

I have a contract with Telkom mobile and we agreed on specific date to make a deduction. They failed to deduct on the agreed time and date. They send me an sms 17:45 that i must pay to avoid suspension on my account or face legal action. 20 minutes later my account has been suspended. The question is which bank is open at that time? Doing an electronic payment also will need me to fax a proof of payment to somebody who is already left the office. Where is an intergrity here? Their network is always poor that needs you to reboot your phone every hour to get an update but none of us is threatening them with leagl action because we have a contract with them.
