Breach of contract - Incorrectly debiting account

Hi,

I am so disappointed with Telkom, They have debited my account on the 23rd of September and my agreed debit date is the 25th, I signed and agreed they can debit my account on the 25th, but the debit my account on the 23rd, I only get paid on the 25th therefore the debit order did not go through, this is the second time this happened, I want them to refund me the charges I am getting for the unpaid, and I want my account to be debit on the correct date. I was charged R 95.00 for unpaid transaction so I want that reduced from this months payment and the banking details sent to me where I can pay the money in to get my account upto date.
