I must have called 180 at least three times over the past two months in an attempt to get the debit order date changed to the 15th of the month. Although other creditors only require about 3 days notice, Telkom Mobile requires 30 days. (No surprises there). Today, I again queried the non-debit with Telkom Mobile only to be told that the account has been handed over to collections. Can you be anymore inadequate? In one of my conversations I specifically asked how difficult it can be for Telkom Mobile to change a debit order date and I was informed "Not difficult at all". Well, obviously it seems impossible. WHY DID YOU HAND THIS ACCOUNT OVER? Are you completely deranged? You better fix this problem immediately and get your act together. If you insist on providing anymore excuses, then I will insist on transcripts of ALL my conversations to 180 so that I can take this matter further. Your service thus far is nothing short of wretched.
