Telkom Mobile is up to date one of the worse service providers i have dealt with, a debit order went off 3 times from my acc on the wrong dates after i had informed them to change the dates, none the less, my cellphone was suspended due to them wanting to debit money when there was no money in the account hence why i changed the dates. i received a bill of R1760 which includes a R400 once off fee to make the contract a top up one.none of this up until now has been resolved i keep calling and nothing has been done. they have received all the proof of payments and bank statements to prove the money was paid in on the 22sept 2013 already, i was told 24hours to be re connected not 24days.when my phone is reconnected it should be a top up contract and i should still have my data i paid for available. seeing as it takes them so long to reconnect it ill loose it before the cellphone is connected again and will sit with a issue of the contract not being made a top up contract.i can guarantee that this will not be done according to what is suppose to. because this kind of service is what i get from Telkom mobile i should've stuck with Vodacom at least they rob you less.
