Being charged for a cancelled contract

Hi there,

After my previous ticket (https:///cell-c/complaints-to-compliments/terrible-internet-speeds-update-1185763), Cell C finally cancelled my contracts. Even though I had to pay a cancellation fee for one of them, I simply forked out the R200 or so just to be done with all of this. Last month I received a debit of R55.35 and R296.96 and after speaking to "Ngwakwana Nelly Mamotheti", she apologised and said "Please note that the invoice was already generated when I cancel the contracts.". I let that side and paid up again, even though I had already paid a cancellation fee.

However, against this month I have just received a debit of R142.24 on my account. What the is going on now?

After receiving the following (exact words from Nelly) "Please note that the contracts has been cancelled, 0743539040, 0745339444, 0749212437 and 0845575145" (on the 17th of Sept 13), I have paid a cancellation fee (about R200) and another monthly fee (total of R352.31) and now R142.24, all while my contract data (and the sims themselves) have been cancelled with immediate effect (on the 17th Sept 13)??

I am so incredibly tired of this. Please can I get a refund and finish this!
