6 months to cancel contract and R900 owed to me

I have now had it, after 12 phone calls about and hour each, speaking to so many different ppl, getting ref no. after ref no., the problem has still not been resolved. I cancelled 2 contracts on the same day, one got cancelled but since 13 august 2012 i have been fighting a loosing battle, as the contract number was put on pre paid, but i get billed every month for benefits that i don't have, some months debit order goes off twice. We are now sitting with about R900.00 owed to me, because of bad service, when payment from our side is not paid, we get letters, but when monies are owed to us its a huge story, INVESTIGATIONS an. They cant find the cancellation letter, but then how can the debit then go off on the 13 when it was supposed to be last payment??? that letter is there for them to take note of the date change, or the monthly debit would have stayed on the 30th. Still waiting for for a team leader to contact me been waiting since 14 Jan 2013 for a call back, yet nothing. this is absolutely ridiculous, i am now beyond off. Its sickening how companies like cell C, CAN THEIR CLIENTS LIKE THIS...
