I cancelled my account in June and have had R300 taken off my account on 30/09/2013. I have spoken to the call center 2-3 times to no avail and then spoke to Tumelo Mohlatlole (billing team manager) who assured me that the account would be cancelled and gave me a case number. I sent a complaint via their website, received an email on 15/10/2013 asking for my ID and have not heard anything further. Today, they have debited R498.33 off my account. I need this sorted out immediately as taking money without consent is considered.
