Last week I checked y talking points and I had about 763, on my number 0718975224 two days later they were 305 I called the contact centre and spoke to Lillian who had a nerve of telling me that on my contract I can't receive points and I had to teach her about her company services, she told me that she logged a query for me to networks and gave me a ref number, its more than 36 hrs now and nothing has been done, and its not the first time m experiencing this m so sick and because I pay for this service and I demand good service not daylight so I need my points back asap and the last ones as well, this service is pathetic
