pnp had a promo on Axe spray.buy 2 and get 500 points.i checked with a staff member if im buying the correct stuff and also checked my points before paying.i was told that it will take 24hours to update my points.2 days later i went back due to points not updated as per website.then i was told by the manager that a customer care consultant will contact me the next day with feedback.also said it usually takes - 4 days instead of 1.today is day 6 with no call and no points updated.
this makes me wonder: how many times does pnp not rob us with our points?
not to mention the non-response a client's query. very dissappointing. I get much better service at Shoprite
