Autopage is debitting money from my acount

3 months ago autopage took R1600 from my acount, i phoned them to complain, because i dont own a contract phone, i gave them my id number and they couldint pick me up on there data base, they said it must have been a mistake, last month they took over R7000 from my acount, and same story when i phoned them, this past saterday they took over R13 000 from my acount, when i phoned the customer care line, they didint do anything to help me
