Billing for cancelled service

I had an account which i opened with Mweb for wifi service and even though the account was approved i never used and subsequently i decided to cancel the service due to the fact that I could not access it due to problems with my Telkom line. However i have been billed each and every month for a service which ahs been cancelled. I want to know why and i dont want want my credit rating to be damaged due to Mweb because i dont want to be listed as a bad payer. Can someone assist and ensure that the accounts dept is made aware that the service was cancelled and i i settled the O/S invoices and i should not be billed anymore
