Either cancel ADSL service of transfer it

I requested the service to be canceled. Then after Telkom ensured me there are lines available I requested that the cancellation be stopped and a transfer be done. Since Telkom refuses to do anything with a line that is under Mweb's control, Mweb has to instruct Telkom regarding the new adress.
This was not done. I've emailed Mweb with no response after 4 days.
Mweb, cancel my Pretoria account and refund the money deducted for September.
Do not be confused by the two accounts, the one in Wilderness (044-877-...) should not be cancelled.
