I am in the process of renewing my contract. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years now. After having endless issues with me not receiving the current deals pamphlet which I requested on no less than four occasions, I finally received it from a retentions agent. Selecting the deal I wanted, I then called MTN Direct to complete the process. I was informed that they were out of stock on the Laptop I wanted. When I asked when they would have stock, they informed me that they actually have not had stock for over a month and a half on that deal. How can you provide me with information on your current deals that clearly have not been current for a long time! I went from store to store, standing in lines, to be told they don't have stock either, try in a weeks' time. It's been two weeks now... Nothing. I am on the verge of wanting to cancel my contract when the time has elapsed just to avoid issues like this. I am still waiting for a response...
