Im still waiting

On the 3 may 2013 i called cell c direct to open a contract with them i asked them if they had stock on the Samsung galaxy s4 and the lady said yes they have stock, now it is the 13 may and i still have not received my phone and every time i call they keep saying no stock and they cant give me an answer on when i will get my phone i understand that there is a back order but cum on let me know what is going on i am very disappointed for i need it for bushiness and i feel if they said they have stock then why did they not book it out for me the day i opened the contract.
